Emma is a licensed nurse by trade with licenses in both the UAE and UK. She started her career in the UAE 17 years ago working in a prominent JCIA Accredited hospital in General and Cardiac ICU as a Staff Nurse/Team Leader. She then moved on to work at an International Medical Center in Abu Dhabi specialising in rehabilitation and ventilator care for adults and children where she helped set up their second hospital in Al Ain. After 6 years in acute and rehabilitation settings, she managed 3 leading home care facilities delivering high quality care to people in the communityEmma has a vast experience in setting up and managing home healthcare businesses and has a passion for community-based care. He gained a General Nursing and Midwifery qualification from Bhausaheb Sardesai School of Nursing in India before undertaking a PB BSc in Nursing at St Andrew’s College of Nursing. Sanket went on to work within an ICU and emergency departments at Talegaon General Hospital, and the Trauma Care Centre Ozarde in Mumbai, before moving to the UAE and working for a prominent home healthcare company.He now joins Belgravia Healthcare as a Charge Nurse, helping oversee the nursing team who offer our at-home healthcare services.

Luma is a dedicated doctor with a strong commitment to delivering compassionate and quality patient care. She gained a Bachelor of Medicine from RAK Medical and Health Sciences University in Ras Al-Khaimah, training in evidence-based medicine to be able to support patients of all ages.Since graduating, Luma has worked in numerous roles gaining experience across a wide range of medical disciplines – including as a Medical Director at a clinic, a General Practitioner with a home health provider in UAE, and an Intern Doctor working in general surgery, paediatrics, accident and emergency, ob-gyn, psychiatry and radiology. Sammy Lingad

Training and Development Manager

Sammy, known as Sam, is a Filipino nurse with almost two decades of experience in the sector. He began his career as an Emergency Room Nurse in a tertiary hospital, before becoming a clinical instructor in 2009 – delivering lectures to third- and fourth-year nursing students.Sam returned to his hometown’s hospital as Director of Nursing in 2012, focusing on quality and improvement. He moved to Abu Dhabi in 2015 to work as a migrant nurse in a homecare facility, again leading on quality within the company. As well as managing around 70 nursing staff, Sam was heavily involved in training and development.He moved to Dubai, taking on a variety of roles within home care companies before joining Belgravia Healthcare in 2024. As Training and Development Manager, Sam is responsible for our in-house training and has recently become an internationally-certified AHA BLS Instructor.As well as a strong passion for pursuing additional certifications and teaching the next generation of nurses, Sam is also a keen singer – achieving a place on a scholarship programme as a member of his university choir.
