Emma is a licensed nurse by trade with licenses in both the UAE and UK. She started her career in the UAE 17 years ago working in a prominent JCIA Accredited hospital in General and Cardiac ICU as a Staff Nurse/Team Leader. She then moved on to work at an International Medical Center in Abu Dhabi specialising in rehabilitation and ventilator care for adults and children where she helped set up their second hospital in Al Ain. After 6 years in acute and rehabilitation settings, she managed 3 leading home care facilities delivering high quality care to people in the community Emma has a vast experience in setting up and managing home healthcare businesses and has a passion for community-based care. Her passion and drive demands the delivery of highly skilled services to patients and family, and improving their quality of life. Emma has a unique skill in managing teams and achieves the best from staff member by delivering high quality training, mentorship and by leading by example. “Happy staff, make happy clients” She has a strong clinical background and is well known for driving facilities towards success and helping them reach goals.

Reem is a certified Clinical Nutritionist by trade with licenses in both UAE and Lebanon. She has 9 years of experience in human and therapeutic nutrition in Lebanon and almost 9 years of experience in Dubai, UAE. She holds a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and Dietetics from the American University of Beirut and is part of the Lebanese Dietetic association. She has completed the EDEN course which is a comprehensive training and skills assessment program and is certified as Diabetes Specialist from Leicester Diabetes Center in the UK. She has experience in medical nutrition therapy (in the fields of Diabetes, HTA, dyslipidemia), aesthetics related nutrition and sports nutrition and is well knowledgeable in the field of precision medicine. She has knowledge in various cultural and ethnic communities. Reem has completed her master’s degree in business administration with specialty in Management and Marketing and has experience in managing Operations in a Clinical setting. Her experience and education have given her the expertise in managing staff as well as focus on the clinical aspect of the organisation to achieve highly efficient and valuable results.

Luma is a dedicated doctor with a strong commitment to delivering compassionate and quality patient care. She gained a Bachelor of Medicine from RAK Medical and Health Sciences University in Ras Al-Khaimah, training in evidence-based medicine to be able to support patients of all ages. Since graduating, Luma has worked in numerous roles gaining experience across a wide range of medical disciplines – including as a Medical Director at a clinic, a General Practitioner with a home health provider in UAE, and an Intern Doctor working in general surgery, paediatrics, accident and emergency, ob-gyn, psychiatry and radiology. A previous hospital role saw Luma managing cases in the paediatric ICU and publishing a case report of a rare disease examined during that time.

Jayana is an experienced physiotherapist who specialises in personalised rehabilitation and advanced therapeutic techniques, and has worked in multiple hospitals and physio clinics over numerous years. She is passionate about helping patients recover mobility and achieve their health goals, with experience in dry needling, myofascial release, sports and fitness training, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain management and much more. Jayana speaks Arabic, English, Malayalam and Tamil, and gained a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the Co-Operative Institute of Health Science which is affiliated to Kannur University in India. She has additional certifications in Trigger Point Therapy and its Clinical Applications, Fascial Manipulation from Stecco Italy, and Dry Needling Level 1 and 2, and is a member of the Indian Association of Physiotherapy and Kerala Association for Physiotherapists’ Co-Ordination. Sammy Lingad

Training and Development Manager

Sammy, known as Sam, is a Filipino nurse with almost two decades of experience in the sector. He began his career as an Emergency Room Nurse in a tertiary hospital, before becoming a clinical instructor in 2009 – delivering lectures to third- and fourth-year nursing students. Sam returned to his hometown’s hospital as Director of Nursing in 2012, focusing on quality and improvement. He moved to Abu Dhabi in 2015 to work as a migrant nurse in a homecare facility, again leading on quality within the company. As well as managing around 70 nursing staff, Sam was heavily involved in training and development. He moved to Dubai, taking on a variety of roles within home care companies before joining Belgravia Healthcare in 2024. As Training and Development Manager, Sam is responsible for our in-house training and has recently become an internationally-certified AHA BLS Instructor. As well as a strong passion for pursuing additional certifications and teaching the next generation of nurses, Sam is also a keen singer – achieving a place on a scholarship programme as a member of his university choir.
