About Us

Emma is a licensed nurse by trade with licenses in both  the UAE and UK.  She started her career in the UAE 17 years ago working in a prominent JCIA Accredited hospital in General and Cardiac ICU as a  Staff Nurse/Team Leader. She then moved on to work at an  International Medical Center in Abu Dhabi specialising in rehabilitation and ventilator care for adults and children where she helped set up their second hospital in Al Ain. After 6 years in acute and rehabilitation settings,  she managed  3 leading home care facilities delivering high quality care to people in the community

Emma has a vast experience in setting up and managing home healthcare businesses and has a passion for community-based care. Her passion and drive demands the delivery of  highly skilled services to patients and family,   and improving their quality of life.

Emma  has a unique skill in managing teams and achieves the best from staff member by delivering  high quality training, mentorship and by leading by example. “Happy staff, make happy clients”

She has a strong clinical background and is well known for driving facilities towards success and helping them reach goals.

Reem is a certified Clinical Nutritionist by trade with licenses in both UAE and Lebanon. She has 9 years of experience in human and therapeutic nutrition in Lebanon and almost 9 years of experience in Dubai, UAE. She holds a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and Dietetics from the American University of Beirut and is part of the Lebanese Dietetic association.

She has completed the EDEN course which is a comprehensive training and skills assessment program and is certified as Diabetes Specialist from Leicester Diabetes Center in the UK.

She has experience in medical nutrition therapy (in the fields of Diabetes, HTA, dyslipidemia), aesthetics related nutrition and sports nutrition and is well knowledgeable in the field of precision medicine. She has knowledge in various cultural and ethnic communities.

Reem has completed her master’s degree in business administration with specialty in Management and Marketing and has experience in managing Operations in a Clinical setting.

Her experience and education have given her the expertise in managing staff as well as focus on the clinical aspect of the organisation to achieve highly efficient and valuable results.

Jhairrel is a skilled Coordinator with a degree in Information Technology and 2 years in the home care industry, he brings a unique blend of technical expertise to the medical team.

With a solid foundation, Jhairrel has extensive experience in managing a large team of 100 nurses and coordinates a fleet of 25 cars daily, showcasing a track record of effective coordination.

Jhairrel excels in organising and coordinating various home care services, including nursing care, therapy, medical equipment, and support services. This involves scheduling and resource planning to guarantee optimal service delivery. Furthermore, Jhairrel handles administrative tasks and maintains up-to-date records, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

Kashif is an integral part of our team, serving as our reliable company driver, with more than 11 years of driving experience. With his experience in navigating the intricacies of Dubai’s roads, he is a crucial component of our daily operations.

His experience is reflected in his commitment to safety, punctuality, and professional service. Kashif’s dependable approach ensures that our team reaches various destinations on time.
